Promoter & Motivator
Prof. L.S.TANWAR is the key person behind all these challenging and unique initiatives of the company. Beyond any doubt he is a uniquely recognized and widely esablished figure on the national metrology scene.

- M.Tech IITD (Applied Optical)-1973 Ph.D. IITD (Electro-optical non-contact sensors)-1989.

- PTB (1976-1978) Advanced Metrology training in the fields of Length, Mass and Temperature and their related parameters.
- PTB (1979-1981) Guest scientist - 2yrs, R&D non contact opto-electronic sensors for high speed and high precision quality production and their metrological applications.
- PTB (1976-1978) Advanced Metrology training in the fields of Length, Mass and Temperature and their related parameters.
- PTB (1979-1981) Guest scientist - 2yrs, R&D non contact opto-electronic sensors for high speed and high precision quality production and their metrological applications.
- PTB Germany (1990-1991) one year advanced dedicated training in CMM and CNC Machine Tool Calibration.
- 1973-1999; 26 years experience at NPL India in calibration and R&D activities in temperature, mass and length metrology, their standards realizations and technology developments, calibration at NPL and site.
- Initiated and introduced CMM calibration in the country.
- NPL Team leader of the CMM calibration using Laser Interferometer and KOBA Step Gauge at several customer sites including:
- Eicher, Parwanoo (H.P.)
- DGAQA, Madak (A.P.)
- HIP, Pune
- Honda, NOIDA
- Yamaha, NOIDA and Faridabad
- NPL Team Leader for site calibration of over 20 different automobile and precision instruments manufacturers all over the country using Laser Interferometer and other length standards.
- Provided consultancy to over 30 calibration laboratories and manufacturers for laboratory set-ups and personal training for ISO/IES/17025 requirements.
- Faculty to over 20 training programs including NPL, NABL and industrial calibrations and uncertainty determinations.
- Leading lead assessor and represented at NABL pre-evaluation and approval committees. Participated in over 150 NABL assessments so far.
- 14 International Publications and 30 conference papers presentations in the field of dimensional metrology.
- Currently working as Professor, School of Applied Sciences, NSIT, Dwarka, Delhi since Jan. 1999 and engaged in R&D activity related to sub micron metrology and nanotechnology fieldes.
- One of the few founder members of Metrology Society of India (MSI), Delhi and presently associated with it as an Executive Committee member.

To provide the calibration/verification of precision measuring and manufacturing machines including CMM and CNC machine services at user site with excellences in capabilitiesand technology comparable to a machine tool manufacturer anywhere in the world.
